Jim Bose is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Manual Therapist. He has been training athletes and individuals for more than a decade. His experience includes Professional Athletes, NCAA Athletes, High School Athletes, Youth Athletes and everyday business men and women. Jim is the former Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Seattle Mariners and San Francisco Giants and a 2012 World Series Champion. Jim loves to improve his education and knowledge of training and bodywork to provide his clients with up to date scientific principles proven to get results. Jim has a passion of helping others improve their abilities wether it be on the field or court and in everyday life. He enjoys continuing his education, teaching, travel, cooking, woodworking, fishing and spending time with his wife Samantha & daughters Abriella and Eviana.

My Philosophy is reduce pain, decrease risk of injury, improve quality of life and performance while pushing each client to achieve results in a family friendly atmosphere. We train and educate each individual for their specific needs. This is done with an analysis and implementing scientifically proven protocols that directly address weaknesses allowing our clients to progress more quickly with greater results and reduction of injuries.
