Foundations: Brick By Brick

For youth athletes Ages 7-14, this program is an introduction to strength and conditioning.  Designed to help improve knowledge and understanding, movement, body control, flexibility, stability, speed and agility and more.  This program is essential to youth athletes to prepare their foundation for more advanced work in the future.  We are taking a “Brick by Brick” approach to all steady progression and development designed to minimize injury.  This program is for Ages 7-15 and for anyone else who is newer to weight training and training programs.

Sports Performance 

For athletes and individuals Jr. High and older with some weight room experience. Training is designed in a semi-private environment.  Jim and his staff will supervise all weight room activity.  Each athlete will work off their own program designed for them.  This allows athletes to have more individual focus and train at their pace.  The flexibility for athletes allows them to train multiple times a week that work best for their schedule allowing, maximum participation and development.  Each program is designed and developed with the athletes needs in mind focusing on all area of development. Programs will consist of 4 workouts per week, including arm care, strength training, explosiveness and mobility.
