How our Program Works
Our Programs work on a progressive system. We have every individual, in person and online, complete a Structural Balance Assessment. This assessment, helps us determine any strengths as well as weaknesses that may lead to injury. We also want to ensure that each client has foundational strength from right side to left side, front to back, and top to bottom. Following the assessment, each client completes a 4 week Foundational Program based on their assessment to correct any imbalances, and also, to strengthen the clients knowledge of the program. The Structural Balance Program will also help to reduce any possibility of injuries that may be lingering. At this point, we begin our primary strength and conditioning phases and progress accordingly to achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible. We have options for group training sessions which include, Speed & Agility, Metabolic Conditioning and Pure Strength. See options below.
Our private training is available in both 1:1 session and up to 3:1 sessions. We want to have direct focus on the client and their program for optimal development. For these reasons we keep private training to a max of 3 clients. All programs are individualized.

PerformanceStretch therapy (FST)
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a proven system consisting of pain-free, assisted stretching that will rapidly improve your mobility, strength and flexibility. FST reduces muscle tension to restore movement and reduce pain associated with training/working-out, arthritis and tendinitis. It also improves performance and reduces recovery time for high performance athletes.
Manual Therapy uses touch or tools to manipulate soft tissues throughout the human body. Manual therapy uniquely focuses on the treatment of soft tissue to maintain, develop, augment or rehabilitate the patient’s physical function. Manual therapy can improve the functioning of joints and muscles, the healing process, metabolism and circulation. Our licensed therapist are trained to tailor their treatment sessions for wellness and medically based populations.
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction facilitates healing with blood flow, as well as the flow of “qi” in the body. Qi is a Chinese word meaning life force. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This can relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It can also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. People use cupping to complement their care for a host of ailments and conditions.
