3 Month Training Program
Service Description
12 Week commitment to completely transform your body. This custom program will challenge you to give everything you have. Custom program will progress as you evolve and continue to improve you physically. Athletes have access to the weight room during posted house to complete their programs. Jim will be available to help guide you through your workouts. Must complete weight room orientation and sign a waiver. Each Athletes will complete an evaluation and orientation. They will receive a program each month tailored to them. Athletes are able to use the weight room for their workouts during the times listed below. Each day will have a prescribed workout as listed below. If you can not make a workout time, you will have access to the workout to complete for that day. Training Schedule: Monday: Lower Body 4-7pm Tuesday: Upper Body 4-7pm Thursday: Total Body 4-7pm Saturday: Speed, Agility, Power 9-10am PROGRAM INCLUDES: Training Program, Shoulder Program, Throwing Program
